My main pedagogical belief as a teacher is that the best way for students to learn is to build a healthy learning environment. I plan to put much effort into building my classroom into a community within my students. Student interaction and cooperation are critical in the learning process. I truly believe that one of the best ways to learn is through your peers. One of my classroom goals is to create a learning environment where I can integrate technology into the traditional learning method. I also believe that each student has the same desire to succeed as the rest and it is another one of my goals to bring that desire to learn out of every student that comes into my classroom. I plan to do this by incorporating lessons that are fun and engaging for every learning style.

        As we progress in a world of technology, I believe that it is important for the realm of education to grow with it. That being said, I believe that integrating technology in the classroom is crucial. Statistics show that children are being exposed to technology at an earlier age, which means that they are already learning through technology at home. Since most students are already proficient in technology skills by the time they reach school age and because the world we live in is growing more in technology, it is important that students can grow with the era and learn using technology.
